We created a crane model to assess the suitability of crane positioning for lifting elements. The model compared lifting capacities and element weights, and the results were visualized using color coding to identify potential overload risks.

We set up the Dalux FM system at the Radisson Hotel. Room elements were added based on 2D drawings, and all necessary data such as equipment, classifications, and inspection lists were imported so that the maintenance team could start using the platform.

The training focused on using BIMcollab ZOOM. Participants were introduced to the capabilities of the free model viewer, learned basic skills, and explored in depth how to use various powerful tools.

We participated in conducting BIM pilot training for construction managers in cooperation with the Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and TalTech. The goal of the training was to test a new learning format to be used in future university programs. In addition, we delivered a lecture at TalTech on using Simplebim for BIM data management.

We focused on the specifics of IFC files and the practical use of BIMcollab Lists for model data analysis.

Estonia's largest construction company rented space from TalTech and trusted us to train its team in the field of BIM. And so, on two training sessions in a row.
